3. What publishing packages do you offer?

We currently offer:

Publishing Package – for authors who want their book written, professionally prepared and published.

Publishing + Audiobook Package – for authors who want their book written and published, together with audiobook production and publishing support.

4. I already have a completed manuscript. Can you still help me?

Absolutely. You don't need to start from scratch. We can provide individual services such as editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, KDP setup and publishing support.

5. What is included in the Done-for-You service?

Depending on the package selected, our team can handle writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, interior design, cover support, publishing, metadata optimisation and audiobook production/publishing support.

Your exact inclusions will depend on the package you choose.

6. Do I have to write the book myself?

No. If you choose a package that includes writing, our team can help develop and write your book based on your ideas, information and requirements.

7. Can you publish my book on Amazon KDP?

Yes. We provide Amazon KDP publishing and setup support, including formatting, metadata, categories, keywords and upload assistance.

8. Do you provide audiobook services?

Yes. Our Publishing + Audiobook package includes audiobook-related services. We also offer individual audiobook services, including audiobook production and ACX setup support.

9. Can you help me redeem my audiobook promotional codes?

Yes. Authors can book our Audiobook Promo Code Redemption Service for US and UK promotional codes.

After payment, you submit your codes and required audiobook information, and our team handles the agreed redemption process.

Typical timeframe: 2–3 weeks.

10. How does the audiobook promo-code service work?

It's simple:

Choose how many codes you want us to redeem → Complete payment → Submit your promo codes → Our team processes them → Receive completion confirmation.

11. How many promo codes can I submit?

You can select the number of codes you would like our team to process when booking the service. US and UK codes can be submitted according to the service you've purchased.

12. How long does the promo-code service take?

Our standard timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks after we receive your payment, promo codes and all required information.

13. Do I need to have a finished book before contacting KCL?

No. You can come to us with an idea, notes, an unfinished manuscript or a completed book. We'll recommend the most suitable service or package for your project.

14. Will I get to review my book before it is published?

Yes. Authors remain involved at the agreed review stages and have the opportunity to provide feedback and approve the work before final publication.

15. Do you work with international authors?

Yes. KCL Publishing supports authors in the US, UK, Ireland and internationally.

16. How do I get started?

Simply choose the package or service that best matches your needs, complete your booking and provide your project information.

Yes. If you don't need the complete Done-for-You service, you can book individual services such as manuscript formatting, proofreading, KDP support, Author Central setup, audiobook production and promo-code redemption.

18. What happens after I book?

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll provide the next steps for submitting your manuscript, book information, audiobook details or other required materials. Our team then gets to work.

19. Can I request a custom publishing package?

Yes. If your project doesn't fit one of our standard packages, contact us and we'll assess your requirements and provide the appropriate option.
